Whilst the intention of the trustees is that the journal should be self supporting, there are occasions, such as the Richard O'Sullivan Memorial Lectures, when the trust needs to incur expenditure to support its other aims without any support from the journal, which would in any event be inappropriate. For these purposes, the Trust would like to have a fund of moderate size, which it does not at present possess. The trustees would therefore welcome any donations and, being a charity, these could be made under the Gift Aid scheme. Alternatively, supporters could leave a donation under the terms of their will.
